requirement:
In the requirement of dimming
performance, American energy star stipulates the requirements for the flashing
of all lights:
(1) the frequency is not less than
120Hz;
(2) within the frequency range of
120Hz~800Hz, the scintillation index FI≤0.001 * frequency;
(3) when the frequency is greater than
800Hz, there is no requirement for the scintillation index F1.
